MUSCLE WARMUP: INTRODUCTION TO THE BODY.

Set speed to lowest level at 1600. Gently move gun extension in centripetal (circular) motion.

Do so with minimal pressure to allow muscles to adapt to warm up the muscle.

GLIDING: MUSCLE RELEASE.

Increase massage gun's speed level (max. 3000) according to size of muscle group. Glide up and down the muscle to accelerate tissue release.

TARGETING: LOCAL PERCUSSION.

As you focus the massage gun extension directly onto the precise problem area, gradually reduce speed level back to 1600.

Use between 5-10 minutes depending on preference and comfort level.
